2 days per quarter plus Executive Coaching. 8 participants

Participants experience a personal journey of insight into their own attitudes and behaviours, understanding individual differences and styles to enable flexibility of behaviour with others. Participants can expect to focus on business objectives and strategy, gaining deep levels of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, how to foster and achieve results through others, where agility and pace is required in complex decision making. Participants receive individual world class psychometric reports, which inform the learning. Results are tangible and lead to inspired and motivated teams and organisational cultures. The modular approach is designed for Directors, VP’s, Senior Managers and Board level, where action learning creates space for techniques to be practiced and embedded.
