We have designed and delivered a range of assessment and development centres to identify or develop talent for internal succession planning and to support the growth of leadership capability. Simulated exercises, role plays, interviews, group exercises and presentations can be designed or your current materials updated and adapted. All are aligned to your internal competency, values and strategic frameworks and our experienced assessors work alongside your own teams to provide detailed feedback and coaching according to your organisational needs.

We needed to design a number of selection events to identify our highest potential people to go on a leadership development programme. Aurora partnered with us to really understand our business and design something that would fit culturally and challenge and stretch this exceptionally bright group of people.
